Marion's Downtown Square is quite nice in the early morning

Sometimes, the sky is dark and heavy hued behind the Tower in the morning. As the sun comes up over the Square's shoulder, the hues are canceled out and replaced by the glow. Once the sun clears the horizon, the shadow cast by the Tower climbs the Citadel Building, like a downtown sundial.

How can I get up to the tower? I'd like to shoot some pictures, especially at night - Is it easy to get permission? Thanks.

You know, it may be possible to access the Tower for a few photgraphs. I would imagine that you would have to start with Mayor Butler. He would know (perhaps) who the last person was that had the key to the door...
